Before setting sail
A few details about weather, cancellations and what to expect before you step aboard.
- What happens if the weather is bad?
- If the captain considers conditions unsafe, we reschedule at no cost or refund your deposit in full.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations more than 14 days before departure receive a full refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is retained but credited toward a future voyage within 12 months.
- Can we reschedule?
- Yes, freely, up to 48 hours before departure. Subject to availability.
- What is included?
- The boat and crew, the tour, still and sparkling water, refreshments onboard (if included). Hotel transfers, lunch at the inn and alcoholic drinks onboard are extra services. To be requested at the time of booking.
- Where do we depart from?
- From Fondamente Nove, in Cannaregio, a few minutes' walk from central hotels. On request we can arrange a private transfer from your hotel.
- Is the tour exclusive?
- Yes. The Bragosso is reserved exclusively for you.
- Do you offer the Capuchin friars' visit?
- Yes, we offer a guided visit with the resident friars at San Francesco del Deserto, on a free-donation basis but mandatory.
